Cozy apartment that accommodates 4 people, equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay.
Located just 50 meters from the beach, the accommodation is located in the eastern area of Salerno, in a quiet semi-central neighborhood but at the same time fully equipped with shops and all services, including pharmacy, supermarket and post office.
For lovers of outdoor activities, the Mercatello park is less than 10 minutes walk away, while the station of the same name is just 5 minutes. ATTENTION: - the entrance is under video surveillance for security reasons - the access is in a corridor shared with other rooms, but once you cross the threshold the apartment is completely independent. The 75m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: please note that you need to climb the stairs to access it. The internal space is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, and microwave (ATTENTION: the traditional oven is NOT usable) - Living area with double sofa bed, split A/C and dining table - Bedroom with double bed, clothes rack, desk, TV and split A/C - Bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and shower. Additional services available to guests UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, clotheslines on the window, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Salerno, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights.
Children under the age of 12 are exempt. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Salerno Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd. For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows: EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00 EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00, EUR 30 from 22:00 and 00:00. It is not possible to check-in after midnight, not even for a fee. All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host. *** Check-in can also take place in self mode, using a keybox, depending on your needs.

The apartment is located in a semi-central area, just 5 minutes walk from Mercatello-Mariconda station, in a zone full of all the comforts you need during your stay: shops, pharmacy, post office, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. Once reached the center by public transport or by car, it is possible to admire the still intact medieval old town, numerous churches, stroll along the seafront and in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main commercial street of the city. Once in Piazza Alfano I it is possible to visit the Duomo of Salerno, a simple and essential structure externally enriched with decorations and details as you approach the crypt containing the remains of San Matteo, the most important place in the structure. Proceeding through one of the main shopping streets of Salerno, Via de' Mercanti, an evocative and ancient road that crosses the entire old city, you can reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a seventeenth-century noble residence that belonged to one of the most important families of Salerno. The Villa Comunale of Salerno is the main "Garden" of the city, home to various events throughout the year such as the traditional "Mostra di Minerva" in April and the renowned "Luci d'Artista" event during the Christmas period, during the which the Villa turns into an enchanted garden. Among the main points of interest to visit during your stay in Salerno, it is worth mentioning Arechi Castle, overlooking the Gulf of Salerno, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape that goes from the tip of the Amalfi Coast to Agropoli. Апартаменти дуже чисті, просторі зручне ліжко в спальні, достатньо посуду, комфорт ще додавали кондиціонери, було не жарко .також залишили для гостей парасолю та покривало для моря, приємно. Розташування хороше, багато магазинів та кафе, море дуже близько.
Найбільше, що не було парковки, місто дуже жваве, знайти місце для авто ,то ще той квест. Також,що не було як попрати речі., сушити теж . Диван в кухні був не зручний

Uns hat es sehr gefallen da es direkt am Meer ist. Das einzige was nicht so toll war die Klimaanlage war nur im Schlafzimmer sprich in der Küche war es sehr warm
