Description of the accommodation

Welcome to our beautiful holiday flat in Guardamar del Segura. On 60 m² there is space for pure holiday happiness and 5 people.
On the balcony you can relax, drink coffee or simply read a good book.
In the accommodation you will find a fridge, microwave and coffee machine.
Also interesting: a washing machine is also available.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in this accommodation.
This is also great: towels are included.

Miscellaneous

You can walk to the beach in 20-30 minutes, depending on your speed. A third of the route runs through the neighbourhood, the rest through the park.
There is a small grocery shop right on the premises, which is open daily from 9 am to 11 pm. Two supermarkets can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
The grounds, including the car park, are guarded.
The building has central air conditioning/heating. The temperature can be regulated individually in each flat.
There is a washing machine and a dishwasher in the flat.
There is a city bus stop directly in front of the property; the bus leaves once an hour.
The bus station can be reached in 5 minutes by city bus or on foot in 15 minutes.
Internet and television are not yet available, but we hope to have them by the end of February 2025.
