Large living room with lounge area and equipped kitchen area - 2 sofas (not sofa beds) - TV - 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 x 190 cm) and wardrobes - Shower room - Separate WC - Terrace - WIFI - Pets NOT allowed - Smoking outside only - Above-ground parking space under the carport.
No connection for hybrid or electric vehicles – Do not plug in inside the accommodation – SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (please request when booking) – Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (unless an additional fee applies) – Check-out inventory will be carried out with the agency, and the security deposit will be returned if everything is in order – If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:30 am, a preliminary inventory will be carried out – Security deposit will be cancelled or returned after receipt of the keys.
Optional services payable on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- Check-out cleaning (T2): €55. - Bed linen (double bed): €20.
- Towels/person/week: €8.
