In Erdeven, approx. 1.5 km from Étel beach, the marina and shops, semi-detached 3-room house (approx. 30 m²) for 4 people, located in Résidence Le Hameau des Dunes (house N°49). Ideal for a quiet holiday, close to amenities and the coastline.
