CAMBO LES BAINS, C225: In a detached house fully renovated in 2024, this charming one-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor (two steps to access).
The apartment opens onto a main room comprising a living area and a kitchen area.
The living area includes a sofa bed (not a sofa bed), TV, storage, table, and chairs.
The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge-freezer, conventional oven, microwave, induction hob, and dishwasher.
The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe.
The bathroom has a toilet, vanity unit, and washing machine.
Accommodation located just 200 meters from the Cambo-Les-Bains thermal baths.
SMOKING ONLY OUTSIDE - WIFI - NO PETS ALLOWED Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have missed.
If tenants vacate the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before departure.
This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage.
In the case of a pre-move-out inspection, the security deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival: - End-of-stay cleaning (T2 apartment): €55. - Bed linen (double bed): €20. - Towels/person/week: €8.

Très confortable et à côté des thermes.

quel petit dejeuner ??
emplacement, calme, equipement en général, dommage qu'on ne puisse pas utiliser le lae vaissellle, car manque de vaisselle, 6 couverts ,une seule casserole et poele, il faudrait faire tourner le lave vaisselle à vide...
pouvoir utiliser le lave vaissselle en ajoutant plus de ...
