Numerous bugs in kitchen. Flooring in bedroom 2 not fitted to wall. Dirty bathroom mat. Uncomfortable beds. No curtains bedroom 2. Lacking basics e.g soap and toilet paper. Thin bedding therefore cold. No communication about how to access property until 1.5hrs after check in booked. Had to ask taxi ...
