Magnificent log chalet with a private spa and garden located in the heart of the rolling, wooded countryside of the Balcons du Dauphiné.
Less than 70 km from Lyon, Chambéry, and Bourg en Bresse...
Your host Patrick built the chalet himself, carefully selecting trees from the forest.
A wonderful place to breathe in the fresh air and recharge in an area rich in natural and historical heritage: several nearby sensitive natural areas, medieval villages of Crémieu, Morestel, and Pérouges, the archaeological site of Larina, the Grottes de la Balme, and the Bugey vineyards...
On the ground floor: fully equipped integrated kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...).
Large shower room with walk-in shower, toilet - laundry room (private washing machine). 1-person sofa bed in the living room, WIFI, internet TV.
In the loft: sleeping area with a double bed, large relaxation net overlooking the ground floor (6m²).
Access to the loft via Japanese step ladder.
Private SPA (operational year-round), Terrace with garden furniture.
Electric heating, Parking.
Unique log cabin (Fuste) with private spa and enclosed garden.
Perfect for recharging in the countryside, on the edge of the forest.

Magnifique chalet très bien équipé le spa ainsi que le filet de catamaran, la terrasse et le jardin sont très appréciables. Patrick est très accueillant et de bons conseils.Très belle région, nous reviendrons plus longuement il faudra bien une semaine pour tout visiter !

Le gite est très beau, tout en rondins. La salle de bains et la cuisine sont très bien.Très gentil accueil du propriétaire.Le jacuzzi est incroyable !Le gite est pourvu des produits de 1ère nécessité.Seulement 2 observations : le matelas est trop mou (attention à ceux qui ont mal au dos !) et le gite manque un peu de rangement.

Patrick est un hôte très accueillant et plein de bons conseils, le logement est très bien agencé et pensé et on s’y sent très bien, le calme des alentours et la nature s’ajoutent à ce petit nid de sérénité. L’extérieur / le petit jardin est très bien agencé et laisse de l’espace.Un endroit où il fait bon vivre et où je reviendrai avec plaisir.
