At Haus am Strand in Immenstaad, your stay begins right on Lake Constance. The spacious private garden, with its own natural beach and direct lake access, is exclusively yours during your stay. A seating area beneath a magnificent tree by the water invites you to linger, and you can take a refreshing swim directly in the lake.
The detached, 100 m² holiday home sleeps 6. From the dining table in the open-plan living and dining area and the adjoining terrace, you can look out over the lake. The upper balcony offers a view across the water to the Swiss shore and the Alpine foothills. A counter connects the living and dining area to the well-equipped kitchen, where an oven and dishwasher make shared meals easy. There is also a fireplace, TV and Wi-Fi.
Of the 3 bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other two each have 2 single beds. The home has 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and shower. A baby cot and washing machine are available. Each guest receives a linen package with bed linen, a bedsheet, a bath towel and a hand towel.
The garden is fully fenced and dogs are welcome. Garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue make time outdoors appealing; a boat berth is also available. There are 3 private parking spaces. Smoking is not permitted, and the local tourist tax is charged separately per person per night.
A restaurant is approximately 260 m away and a bus stop approximately 190 m away, both measured in a straight line. Check-in is from 16:00 to 17:00 and check-out from 09:00 to 10:00.

Alles was das Haus betrifft war super in Ordnung. Es ist nicht ganz billig, aber die Lage, die Aussicht, der Strand, .. ist Luxus, und den haben wir uns gegönnt.
Wir haben über Holidu gebucht. Kundenservice von Holidu darf man nicht erwarten, wenn sich vor Ort eine Frage stellt. Bis jetzt (wieder abgereist) keine Antwort erhalten. Auch keine Gästekarten erhalten. Also Holidu muss es nächstes Mal nicht mehr sein.
