The holiday apartment has two separate double rooms, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, a storage room, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, as well as a living room.
Additionally, car parking spaces and a private garden belong to the apartment.

Spend your vacation in the heart of the mountain climbing village of Gschnitz. Nestled between beautiful flower meadows and majestic mountain peaks, my vacation apartment invites you to escape everyday life. The centrally located apartment with its own garden is situated in a sunny, quiet location and is the ideal starting point for extensive hikes, walks, biking, mountain climbing, cross-country skiing, ski tours, and snowshoe hikes.

Gschnitz is located at an altitude of 1242m, approximately 35 km from the state capital of Innsbruck and about 25 km from the Brenner Pass. There is something for everyone in our idyllic home. Gschnitz is a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts. The entry point for the approximately 18 km long panoramic trail is right outside the door, and the ski and leisure arena Bergeralm can be reached in just a few minutes by car or with the free ski bus. In summer, the St. Magdalena climbing route and the "living mill village" are also nearby.
