Wir hatten zwar kurzzeitig keine Heizung und kein warmes Wasser, aber man hat sich um uns gekümmert. Ebenfalls kam man uns preislich etwas entgegen. Der restliche Aufenthalt war super.

Keinerlei Infos in der Wohnung für Aktivitäten etc,die Betten waren nicht sauber ,Flecken in Decken und Matratzenschonern,sowie Haare.
Matratzenschoner sehr verschlissen. Keine Kommunikation mit dem betreuenden Hausmeisterservice per Email. Hatte die Sauberkeit per Mail mit Bildern direkt reklamiert...
