Sehr ruhige Lage, sehr nettes Personal, gute Erreichbarkeit des Gastgebers. Es wurden Orangen, Wein und Süßigkeiten bereitgestellt zum Empfang. Es gibt Kaffemaschinen, elektrische Saftpresse und Toaster
Die Wohnung ist tagsüber doch etwas dunkel. Es wäre schön, wenn es noch den einen oder anderen kleinen Topf geben würde, Messer die schneiden und vielleicht noch ein Abtropfsieb für Pasta oder Salat.
