The internal space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, and access to the terrace; - KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, dining table, moka, microwave, immersion blender, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and access to the terrace; - BEDROOM I with double bed, TV, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom; - BEDROOM II with two single beds and wardrobe; - BEDROOM III with a one-and-a-half size sofa bed, TV, wardrobe, and dresser; - EN-SUITE BATHROOM accessed from Bedroom I with bathtub, sink, bidet, and WC; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC; - TERRACE with dining table. FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, three portable fans, washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: The building does not have an elevator—the apartment is located on the first floor. NO A/C - three portable fans are provided. There is one step to access the terrace from both the living room and the kitchen. The fireplace in the living room is not functional. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383/6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Siena Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. Self check-in will take place in this accomodation.
It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment. The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site. In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 12am.
