The internal space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, and access to the terrace; - KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, dining table, moka, microwave, immersion blender, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and access to the terrace; - BEDROOM I with double bed, TV, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom; - BEDROOM II with two single beds and wardrobe; - BEDROOM III with a one-and-a-half size sofa bed, TV, wardrobe, and dresser; - EN-SUITE BATHROOM accessed from Bedroom I with bathtub, sink, bidet, and WC; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC; - TERRACE with dining table. FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, three portable fans, washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Siena Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. Self check-in will take place in this accomodation.
It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment. The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site. In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 12am.
