The spacious apartment is located on the first floor of a building in a single-family house on Promienista Street in Poznań, Grunwald district. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by green areas - less than 15 minutes walk is enough to reach Kasprowicz Park with playgrounds, a dog run and a well-known auditorium - Hala Arena, which hosts a variety of cultural and sports events. The nearest bus stop - Rainbow is located just a few meters from the apartment, just across the street. Poznan is a city with a well-developed public transport network, so getting to other parts of the city is convenient and hassle-free. The area is well connected with the city center and Poznan's main tourist attractions. Poznan's Old Market Square with its colorful townhouses and goats on the Town Hall is only 15 minutes away by car.
