The building adjoins the promenade, it is also close to the Orlowo Pier (300 m). A 15-minute walk will take you to the Orłowski Cliff or to the Kępa Redłowska nature reserve (2 km from the flat), which offers numerous walking paths and designated areas for picnics and barbecues.
