Welcome to the holiday home Strandlust 252. This charming, Scandinavian-style domicile is located in a prime location, surrounded by a picturesque forest.
Only 150 meters separate you from the fine sandy beach and the dunes.
Notes on additional costs and fees:
The rental prices are valid for 4 persons; each additional person pays a surcharge per night.
The security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent.
The deposit will be refunded approximately 14 working days after your departure.
Ancillary costs will be offset against the deposit. Costs for electricity (€0.45 per kWh) and water (€7.37 per m³) will be charged according to consumption (prices are non-binding). Bed linen and towels can be ordered for a fee upon request. The tourist tax is due before arrival. Up to 2 dogs can be booked for an additional charge. A parking space near the house is available free of charge. An additional parking space can be rented for a fee. The comfortable house offers 95 sqm of living space spread over two floors and can accommodate 2 to 6 people.

On the ground floor, you will find a bright, inviting living/dining area with a wood-burning stove, a comfortable sofa set, and modern entertainment (satellite TV, DVD, radio/CD). The open fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and microwave, inviting you to enjoy sociable cooking evenings. A bedroom with a double bed and a wellness bathroom with a sauna, whirlpool, shower, toilet, and washing machine complete the ground floor. From the living area, you can access the first floor, where a lovely gallery with seating awaits you. Here you will also find the second bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom with 2 single beds – ideal for families or friends.
A guest bathroom/toilet provides additional comfort on the upper floor. On the furnished terrace, you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and the tranquility of the surroundings.
Internet access/Wi-Fi, electric heating, underfloor heating, and a car parking space are available for your use. Leider ist bei näherem Hinsehen, dass ein oder andere im Haus in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf eines Tausches. Die Firma vor Ort war sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

wir haben unsere zeit in baabe sehr genosssen und uns in dem kleinen häuschen super wohl gefühlt. es fehlte uns an nichts! traumhaft strandnah gelegen. wir können es absolut weiter empfehlen.
