Close to the water and close to the city, the apartment is ideal for a varied holiday on the Flensburg Fjord. Our "Fördeblick" is a 95 sqm, 4-room apartment on the 1st floor with a balcony and a view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment offers space for 4 people in two separate bedrooms, one of which has a double bed. The other bedroom has 2 single beds that can also be pushed together. (There are 2 extra beds in the converted attic, available upon request) The apartment has a large daylight bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a separate small guest toilet with a sink and toilet. A small balcony with a direct view of the fjord is equipped with a round table and 4 chairs.
It is ideal for a relaxing drink or an outdoor dinner, especially during the summer months. There are ample free public parking spaces on the street in front of the house.
You are also welcome to bring your dog upon request.
If you are standing in front of the house and looking at it, there is a driveway to the left where the trash cans are located. Solitüde beach is approximately 1 km away, where you will find an Italian restaurant, a mini-golf course, and a great playground. Twedter Plack is approximately 500 m away, where you will find all shopping facilities, a new Rewe supermarket, a gas station, Rossmann, Edeka, Aldi, Tedi, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, many bakeries, doctors, an ice cream parlor, and a central bus station.

Die Lage ist super. Badezimmer ist auch schön. Schlafzimmer großzügig.
Küche schlecht ausgestattet mit Geschirr und Besteck. Ungemütlich. Es fehlt an gemütlichen Licht im Wohnbereich. Der Balkon schmutzig und vermoost. Die Möbel alt. Preis Leistung stimmt hier nicht. Vermieter reagiert nicht auf Kritik.
