Holiday Rental “In the Valley of the Red Grape”
We warmly welcome you to our newly renovated holiday rental with a bottle of wine from the Ahrweiler Winegrowers’ Association!
The apartment is located on the 1st floor, close to the city centre, with all shopping options within walking distance.
The electric vehicle charging station in the courtyard can be used free of charge to charge your electric car.
3-bedroom apartment with a balcony:
We offer 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. A cot with a changing pad and a high chair are available for our youngest guests.
The modern kitchen offers all the comforts you need for cooking together and enjoying a chat at the table. Basic supplies such as spices, etc. (salt, pepper, sugar, curry, paprika, herbs, oil, vinegar) are provided. Coffee pods for the coffee maker are provided.
The spacious living area is perfect for dining and socialising. Nothing stands in the way of a cosy evening watching TV with a glass of fine wine.
On the balcony (south-facing), you can wind down the day in peace.
The spacious bathroom features a shower and a bathtub for a relaxing soak. A washing machine is available. Plenty of towels, a hair dryer, toilet paper, hand soap, and laundry detergent are included.
Additional household items are available in the storage room (iron, ironing board, etc.)
On-site costs: 10% deposit on the accommodation costs within 7 business days after booking confirmation. The balance is due 7 business days before arrival, including the BNA-AW guest fee (visitor’s tax) of 2 € per guest per day (2.50 € per guest per day as of 01.01.2026).. For last-minute bookings (7 calendar days or less), payment is to be arranged by mutual agreement, usually upon arrival (credit card payment is accepted). Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A cot/rollaway bed is available free of charge. Pets are not allowed.
