Description of accommodation

The furnished terrace is the ideal place for a long breakfast or a convivial dinner with friends and family.

The 80m2 flat is located on the first floor of a residential building without a lift. The functional living and dining area invites you to take a break before preparing meals together in the well-equipped kitchen. The dining table seats 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher and electric oven. There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. After a long day at the beach, you can look forward to a relaxing rest in one of the 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms each have 1 double bed, the 3rd has 1 single bed. All bedrooms have 1 wardrobe each. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request. A shower room with bidet completes the flat.

Let yourself be enchanted by the golden-coloured, fine sandy beaches and the clear waters of the Mediterranean in Oliva. The beach is popular with families and children, as the water gradually becomes deeper. In Oliva you will find all the services you need for an independent holiday, such as: bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. The historic centre of the village is worth a visit, nature lovers will enjoy the Parque Natural Marjal and the Font Salada springs. The nearest golf course is 7 km away. Please note: No guests under the age of 27 can be accepted unless they are staying as a family. We require a copy of the identity cards of all fellow travellers in order to accept the booking. Any additional charges must be requested from the provider. Please note that the keys to access the accommodation are located in a letterbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and details of the letterbox three days before your arrival. Pets are welcome. Parties or similar events are not permitted.
