Located in San Miguel de Abona, Tenerife, this holiday villa offers a terrace with sea views, a heated pool and a barbecue area.
The property has air conditioning and a balcony and is non-smoking.
Just 1 km from Playa de San Blas, it is an ideal base for your getaway. The tastefully decorated villa offers spacious interiors, comfortable beds and a kitchen with a basic spice set. Complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner and hand soap, are provided as a welcome gift.
Enjoy outdoor meals with the barbecue and take in the surroundings. The shopping centre is a 4-minute drive or a 15–20-minute walk away, with shops, restaurants, a cinema, supermarket, gym and free parking, ideal for families. Important information: The villa is near the airport's flight path, and you may hear arriving aircraft, usually between 22:00 and 23:30. Take-offs cannot be heard from the property.
New insulating windows and doors have been installed to reduce noise. Notice: From 1 September 2026, the pool will be closed for a complete renovation.
Once work is finished, a sun terrace, loungers, a saltwater purification system and two heated pools will be added: one for adults and one for children.
We apologise for any inconvenience during these improvements. Rules: No parties or events.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Leave dishes in good condition and take out the rubbish before leaving.
Take care of sofas and upholstery.
Pool: No animals, smoking, diving, running or eating.
Children must always be supervised by adults.
