This Mediterranean style holiday home is located right on the pine-covered slopes of the bay of Cala Llamp in Mallorca, offering a fantastically beautiful sea view to the southwest.
By construction, the holiday home presented as a separate private home and is therefore ideally suited for the romantic getaway.
With a huge terrace with private pool, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom Mediterranean flair, it leaves therefore nothing to be desired. The apartment is built in terrace-style construction directly into the steep hillside.
This includes a large outdoor area, including terrace and garden, where you can enjoy the sun, dream and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Embedded in our small, privately-run complex with a total of only three units we offer upscale amenities. Please note that due to the exposed location on the steep slope, stairs are required.
The sometimes quite steep natural stone stairs are mostly equipped with a handrail.
Although we have a lift that takes most of the steep stairs up, there are still stairs to climb.
Our facility is therefore not handicapped accessible.
If you have restricted mobility, we advise against booking our apartments.

This a beautiful property. The picture of the pool overlooking the sea is 100% accurate. The pool faces west and we saw spectacular sunsets every night. The stairs are a challenge for anyone with mobility issues but the lift (slow moving!) takes care of the most difficult steps. We are in our late 6...
