Porte de Versailles within walking distance! Enjoy this spacious and bright apartment with a balcony and no overlooking neighbors, at the gates of Paris and in a quiet area.
The building is set back from the street, just steps from the metro (line 12) Porte de Versailles and Balard (line 8), tramway, with no noise disturbances.
The exhibition center is within walking distance, and your travels are made easy.
This spacious 26 m² studio is located on the first floor of an apparthôtel and consists of an entrance, a living-dining area, a private bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, an equipped kitchenette, and two 80 cm beds and a sofa bed ( for a kid only) in the same room.
Balcony not directly overlooked.
You will have Fans, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, flat-screen TV, microwave, and radio.
Private parking in the residence.
Equipped kitchen, lounge.
You have access to the services of the Aadagio appart hôtel in supplement : breakfast ( 18 eur), laundry, food distributor, baby foot, tv lounge ## Access Fully private accommodation.

An end-of-stay cleaning charge of 75 euros is payable in addition.

Accueil très chaleureux, la propriétaire était très à l écoute et disponible. Une belle rencontre. L appartement est au calme très cosy, très bien agencé et à 2 pas du trame. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation.

Je suis juste venue pendant des fortes chaleur donc la clim ne nous suffisait pas, mais c’est indépendant de la propriété ou du personnel.
