In the living room, there is a large smart TV with a standard cable package and the option to stream from popular platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and more. Next to the kitchen, you will find a convenient toilet room. At the front of the house, there is a spacious entrance with two comfortable chairs, an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a good book. As you go to the first floor, you'll discover two bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds.
The front room of the house has French doors leading to a balcony with a charming view of Plaça de les Rodes. The second room at the back of the house also offers two single beds and an adjoining workspace.

L'appartement est très propre, bien situé, certainement refait à neuf depuis peu. Stationnement dans la cour arrière de la maison très pratique. Bonne literie.
Caution peu compréhensible. Manque de papier toilette, ainsi que rechange de torchon. Aucun contact humain. Dans l'annonce 2 Salles de bain étaient indiquées,or la seconde n'était qu'une salle d'eau ( toilette et lavabo)
