Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 63 m² flat in Peisey-Nancroix, with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance. It is ideal for 4 people and can accommodate up to 6 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 22 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we are just waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 22 m² living room with sofa bed (160x200), TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Airfryer, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80x200)
- Shower room with double basins
- Separate WC
- Ski locker with boot warmer
Outside:
- An 18 m² south-facing terrace with mountain views to make the most of fine weather
The flat is ideally located in Peisey-Nancroix, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
Skiing, hiking or snowshoeing. Easy access to Les Arcs. Paragliding available.
Pedestrian access to the Peisey and Les Arcs slopes via the Peisey 61 chairlift, 200 m away.
Access to the Paradiski ski area via the Vanoise Express, also 200 m away, which links up with the La Plagne ski area.
Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking space located in the basement of the accommodation (maximum vehicle height: 2.20 m). There are also two free car parks nearby.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Bourg-Saint-Maurice station 27 minutes away, then Bourg-Saint-Maurice - Peisey shuttle bus or taxi.
- By car: Take the A43 motorway to Albertville, then the N90 towards Peisey-Nancroix.

The property is ideally located near to shops and the bus stop that can take you to either ski lift. Plenty of room for two adults and two kids. Accommodation all clean and tidy and good kitchen and bathroom facilities. One smart TV in main bedroom and normal TV in lounge which is pointless unless y...
