The accommodation comprises - A 40 m² living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, dining area and 2 single beds - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC Outside: - A 20 m² terrace to enjoy the fine weather The gîte, ideally located in Tracy-sur-Mer, is ideally situated for exploring the neighbouring town of Arromanches-les-Bains, right in the heart of the D-Day beaches. the heart of the D-Day landing beaches, a historic and touristic heritage dating back to the Second World War. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby. Activities : Beach, Diving club, Mini golf, Hiking, Tennis, Horse riding, Sailing school Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the gîte grounds. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Bayeux station 8 km away. Other information : - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
