The house, renovated in June 2026 and measuring 48 m², is set in a quiet area with direct access to Plage des Bretons (just crossing a calm street). Bright and welcoming, it features an air-conditioned living room and a private, fenced garden with no overlooking neighbors, complete with a shaded dining area and a barbecue.
A parking space and a garage with bicycles are available for your use. The port and all amenities are less than a 10-minute walk away.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with beds that can be arranged as singles or doubles and stacked (5 beds in total), plus a bathroom with toilet.
On the ground floor, you'll find an independent kitchen, a separate toilet, a living room with a leather sofa bed, a dining table, a TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Four vintage bicycles are also available for your use. Pets are welcome as long as they leave no trace of their stay, both inside and outside.

De locatie vlakbij het strand en het huis staat in een rustige straat.
Omschrijving van de fietsen klopt niet. De fietsen die in de garage stonden waren in zeer slechte staat.
In het huis zijn allerlei kleine dingen die opgeknapt moeten worden. Losse douche stang, vloerplanken op de overloop zitten los, tuintafel is niet stabiel. Ligstoelen in de tuin zijn aan vervanging toe. BBQ is verroest en de tuin mag gesnoeid worden.

La maison est idéalement située pas besoin de voiture une fois qu’on est posé! Tout ce qu’il faut à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur pour passer un bon séjour. C’est clean. L’hôte a répondu très vite à toutes nos demandes et a été très arrangeant sur les conditions d’arrivée et de départ. À recommander !

Le propriétaire n'est pas venu réclamer le "chèque de caution" ...bizarre
Nous avons vite fait de comprendre, l'intérieur de cette maison est crasseux, délabré (les revêtements muraux décollés , des trous partout dans les murs, la climatisation dans un état déplorable, les filtres complètement satur...
