Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, it comprises: - 2 bedrooms with double beds ; - a fully-equipped, functional kitchen ; - a bathroom; - a living room with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day of sightseeing; - two terraces: one with an unobstructed view of the mountains, the other with a hammock and a view of the Thiou river.
Everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a refrigerator.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
The apartment is conveniently located: - Close to the ski resorts of La Clusaz, Morzine, and Les Gets - Access to the center of Annecy via a charming forest path along the Thiou river; - Only 15 minutes on foot or 8–10 minutes by bike from the center of Annecy; - The Place de Cran-Gevrier is a two-minute walk away, offering bars, restaurants, pizzeria, stores, supermarket, Intermarché, greengrocer, bakery, fishmonger, tobacconist, cinema, cheese shop, florist, hairdresser... ; - Annecy Vélos bike rental station 2 minutes away; - Semi-electric bicycles available for hire, with the first hour free, followed by a rate of €1.5 per hour.
