Charming stone house just 100 meters from the North Beach, ideal for 6 people, combining modern comfort with authentic charm.
It comprises 3 bedrooms (1 queen-size bed 160x200cm, 1 double bed 140x200cm, and 1 single bed 120x190cm), a shower room, a separate WC, and a welcoming living room.
The kitchen and numerous amenities (washing machine, flat-screen TV, etc.) ensure a convenient stay.
You will enjoy a terrace and an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers, as well as a veranda and a bicycle storage area.
Pets are welcome. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach (100m), the town center, and shops (500m). The bus station is 300m away, the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6.5km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive. PAYABLE upon arrival: Two security deposits of €400 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. Pets: €30 per pet + a €100 security deposit. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: - Linens: sheets €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week; set of two bath or beach towels €12 per week; set of two bath mats €7 per week; kitchen linens (two tea towels and two hand towels) €7 per week. - Cleaning: €100. The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 PM and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 AM at the latest. Fouras and its five fine sandy beaches, its forts, Fort Boyard and oyster farming... The islands: Aix, Madame, Oléron and Ré. Fouras and a little further, Palmyre and its zoo, Saintes, the Marais Poitevin... You will be totally seduced.

Le seul petit bémol le frigo n'était pas propre nous l'avons signalé à l'agence afin que les propriétaires face le nécessaire .
Le logement très fonctionnel il y a tous un petit rafraîchissement moderne sera vraiment un gros plus .
