It comprises an attractive 24 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower).

The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 24 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bathroom with shower and WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds for children (70x160) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Exterior: - A shared swimming pool (unheated) open from April 1 to September 30 (dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions). - A 23 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture for sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Sanary-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking space.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Bandol train station, 83150 6.3 km away - Nearest airport: Marseille Provence airport, 76 km Other remarks : - The stairs to the first floor are a little steep. - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.

Das ist grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes kleines Häuschen mit wirklich toller Terrasse. Eines der oberen Zimmer hat leider nur kurze Kinderbetten -für uns als zweites Schlafzimmer unbrauchbar. Ausserdem ist das obere Stockwerk sehr niedrig, ich bin 170 groß und hab mir nahezu täglich den Kopf an den B...
