Situated on the upper floor (external staircase), the accommodation features a kitchenette, a small dining area, a sofa bed (1x140), a TV, and a double bed (1x160), a separate toilet, and a shower room (shower cubicle, sink).
Access to a terrace with garden furniture (adjoining the terrace of the other accommodation).
Available for your use and shared with the other rental: a sauna accessible year-round, upon request (wood-fired), a spa from March to November included, a heated swimming pool accessible from mid-April to mid-November, depending on the weather (10x2.65m, 1m5 deep, secured by an alarm), and a washing machine.
Poolside amenities include garden furniture and a relaxation area with table football.
Car access via a steep slope.

Très bel accueil, olives et jus d’abricots local en guise de bienvenue.Magnifique vue. Logement très bien équipé et proche du centre ce qui est très pratique. Très calme et dépaysant. Le sauna et la piscine sont un vrai +.Un endroit parfait pour de belles vacances en sérénité.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

We had a perfect week in Nyons. Beautiful modern studio for two persons. Well equipped kitchen. Great terrace with a nice view. The region is great for cycling. There are nice villages and good roads. Very friendly owner.
