Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen und der Pool wird täglich gepflegt, so dass die Wasserqualität top ist. Jedoch fallen die Plättchen im Pool langsam ab und dies wird offensichtlich vom Besitzer ignoriert.
Leider hatte das Haus diverse Mängel:
oft kein warmes Wasser, Sicherungen flogen zwischendurch rau...
