The House is accessed by an exterior staircase that leads to a terrace of approx. 9 m² with garden table.
Inside, living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 180 and 1 bed 90, shower room and separate wc.
Electric heating in addition, linen, linen toilet and cleaning included.
Board games and books available.
Products of maintenance provided. Cottage on the first floor of a building completely renovated with environmentally friendly materials, on a small vineyard on the outskirts of a village between Narbonne and Lezignan Corbieres.
You will be greeted by Fanny, winemaker passionate with on demand, you will share a moment in late afternoon in his vineyards or around a tasting.
The cottage has a terrace on the first floor, and a small garden with furniture and BBQ.
Close to the sea in 30 minutes you can also quickly access the various sites of the Cathar country and visit Carcassonne 40 mn.
Pool space freedom to Narbonne 15 mn.
