The cottage furnished with quality furniture and materials has on the ground floor, a living room of 65 m 2 kitchen of 20 m 2, a large room with living room and individual shower room, a large laundry room of 20 m 2 and a garage 2 spaces which also houses a table tennis, upstairs, 3 bedrooms of 12 m2 and a large bathroom with bath and shower.
A round Spa Beach Comber, much appreciated in the offseason, is available (optionally 200/s) indoors in a dedicated room.
Spacious cottage located on a dominant position away from the village of Montlaur and at the center of a property of 25 hectares of vineyards and scrubland.
The cottage and the pool (11mx5m two levels of water 40 cm / 150 cm to infinity) enjoy great peace of mind and a beautiful point of view on all the massif of Alaric.
Surrounding Natura 2000-class space allows many pedestrian walks and mountain biking location is central compared to the main sights audois; Carcassonne, Lagrasse, Circuit Cathars (terms last), Minerva, Caunes Minervois. 2 bikes available.

le gîte est très spacieux, avec tout confort et tout ce qu'on a besoin. Avec les multipes terrasses, on peut choisir si on veut être dans l'ombre ou en plein soleil.la piscine est agréable, manque l'ombre, mais nous avons nous installé sous les pins après le nager.Les propriétaires sont tres sympathiques et quand vous aimez les vins de Corbiéres, il faut sûrement en parler.Le séjour était parfait.
