You go upstairs by a beautiful old staircase and you have 2 rooms with 1 bed 160 and 2 beds of 90 cms. .
Electric heating, household demand.
Laundry LL and SL to share 5 m from the cottage. Cottage of character in a village of winegrowers of the Cathar country, 25 km from Carcassonne, landscaped in the Pavilion of the entrance to the Chateau de Montlaur, with adjoining walled garden of about 1000 m².
Swimming pool 12 x 6 secured Terminal laser, to share with another gite in the large park of 2ha.
You have a 25 m² terrace overlooking a lawn and a small private garden, a barbecue and garden furniture.
