Welcome to our new Sunset Penthouse – where you can truly relax, unwind, and enjoy breathtaking sunsets.
The spacious, very well-equipped, and tastefully furnished penthouse apartment leaves nothing to be desired.
The highlight is the generous balcony with an excellent panoramic view of the sea. In the summer of 2022, the property was lovingly renovated, including a new bathroom and a new kitchen. The exclusive penthouse apartment is located on the top floor of the five-story building, just 150 meters from the sea. The entire apartment is air-conditioned.
A private (covered) parking space on the ground floor of the building is also included with the apartment. Paljuškovo beach is a well-maintained, family-friendly beach with free access, medium-sized pebbles, and trees providing shade during the hot summer months.
Sun loungers can be rented during the season at the Hotel Arabella, located directly on the beach, whose beach restaurant is open to everyone (during the season). There are two shops within walking distance.
The first is 1.2 km away – a market and supermarket (Utjeha). The second is IDEA, 1.8 km in the other direction.
In the neighboring bay, there is also a well-known fish restaurant and a beautiful walk along the promenade.
The neighboring bay can be reached via the main road behind the house or via a short 10-minute walk through the nature trail, which starts directly from the left side of Paljuškovo beach. The penthouse is quietly located and is in close proximity to the sea and beach.
