This house is situated in a very quiet location overlooking the Los Alcornocales Natural Park. It is called El Mirador de Mulera because it is located in front of the estate called Mulera. The characteristics that characterise this house are the tranquillity that you can feel in the atmosphere, the pure air that you breathe and its swimming pool, where you can sunbathe from early in the morning until late in the afternoon, so that you can enjoy the sun on the sun terrace in peace and in good company.
It has a capacity for 6 people, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with two bunk beds of 90 cm, plus bathroom with shower, in the living room we find a large fireplace as well as a television and dining table with 6 chairs, also the living room is furnished with sofa. The kitchen (recently renovated) is located on one side of the living room and is equipped with all the appliances and utensils necessary for the number of people occupying the accommodation. As it is a house in the middle of the countryside, the water is not drinkable, so the owner provides a bottle of natural water for the first day.
On the outside of the Mirador de Mulera there is a covered terrace with a dining table and chairs for the comfort of our guests, in the same place we find a large charcoal barbecue, an oven and a sink. In the other part of the plot is the swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, as well as a small lawn area for the exclusive use of our guests, which is fenced off.
The access to Mirador de Mulera is via an asphalted concrete road that climbs slightly. On the right side there is a large gate that gives access to the property where up to 4 vehicles can be parked.
It is very normal to hear in the silence the different animals of the Natural Park of Los Alcornocales, this makes this charming rural house will impress you and make you come back to spend a few days holiday in it.
The house is located in the area of Cerro Mulera, just a few minutes from Ubrique, from where you can see the following places
From here you can see the Hurones reservoir, the castle of Fatima (formerly called Cardela) and the Natural Park of Los Alcornocales, where you will have the opportunity to see and hear impressive wildlife. From there you can visit all the villages of the Sierra de Cádiz and get to know one of the most beautiful corners of Spain.
The town of Ubrique, world-famous for its leather goods, is very close by, where you will find a town with the flavour of a big city, but without losing its village life. You can also get to know the charming people, celebrate their festivals and visit the various places in the town, such as the ethnological museum in the church of San Juan de Letrán, the leather museum in the Capuchin monastery and of course the various leather goods shops.
