The town centre and the Episcopal City, a UNESCO World Heritage site, are nearby: come and discover the gentle Albigensian way of life, stroll through the narrow streets of the old town, lose yourself in the gardens of the Palais de la Berbie or simply enjoy a coffee on the terrace at the foot of the imposing Sainte-Cécile cathedral, an impressive fortified building in the so-called "southern" Gothic style, listed as the largest brick cathedral in the world.

Gîte on one level, fitted out on the ground floor at the back of the owners' house, with independent access, private terrace of 20 m², garden furniture and barbecue.

You will enjoy the garden, in the shade of the large oaks or fruit trees. In season, you're guaranteed a sunny dip in the pool (shared with the owners, open from June to September depending on the weather), on the large sunbathing area or under the large olive tree. You'll also love the large living area with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and lounge/dining room, two double bedrooms, shower room with large shower, hairdryer and toilet. Bed linen, towels and bathroom linen are provided.
