In Villefranche-d’Albigeois, in the lush Assou valley, this spacious cottage welcomes you for a group holiday in an authentic setting where wood and exposed stone create a warm atmosphere. Close to Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Episcopal city, you can stroll through its medieval streets, visit Sainte-Cécile Cathedral and the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum. Nearby, the villages of Ambialet and Réalmont offer unique panoramas and walks along the Tarn. For more discoveries, explore Cordes-sur-Ciel or Monestiés. Nature lovers will enjoy the trails of the Monts d’Alban and the viewpoints over the valleys. Food lovers will appreciate local markets and Tarn specialties.
On the ground floor, a large living area encourages conviviality: open-plan kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, filter coffee maker), dining area and lounge with fireplace and TV.

Outside, enjoy a private enclosed garden, a terrace with table for outdoor meals and a barbecue. The shared swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 1.5 m), secured by fencing, is open from June to late September and offers a lovely relaxation area to share with the neighboring gîte (G1414). A stream with a small waterfall adds freshness and charm; fishing is possible during authorized periods (1st category with permit).
Option to rent the entire estate for up to 23 guests (G1415).

Gite fonctionnel et très agréable avec la piscine. Propriétaire très sympathique. Literie moyenne lit un peu dure. 5 chambres mais les 2 chambres du 2ème étage sont très petites et plutôt adaptées à des enfants dont une chambre du haut sans fenêtre. Gite bien situé à 20 minutes d'Albi.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci.

Nous avons passé un super moment avec mes amis. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, discret et arrangeant. Le lieu est très chaleureux avec beaucoup de chambre et un grand espace à vivre. Je recommande fortement si vous souhaitez passer un weekend avec un grand groupe !

Un très bel accueil. Un gîte très beau, très confortable, très bien achalandé au niveau de la cuisine, beaucoup de vaisselle et d'ustensiles.On entend le vent dans les arbres, les oiseaux et les grenouilles. Et du calme, du calme. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir si l'occasion se représente.
