Totally full foot cottage includes: living room overlooking the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, 2 bedrooms, 1 with wc bathroom attached (accessible handicapped), 2 beds 90 and 1 lit140 1 baby, SE - WC, electric heating, extra bed, sheets, towels and cleaning in option.
Parking provided in the property next to the cottage. Independent villa with 2 well independent cottages and home owners, on the outskirts of the village of Fa with view on the village and the surrounding hills.
Prairie natural setting ideal for children, with outdoor landscaped terrace, children's games.
Many hikes marked at the start of the cottage and sports white water on the Aude, canoe and rafting at 8 kms.
Fishing category 1 to 4 kms. 2 adult bikes are available, converted into a Lake on bathing.
You are in 20-30 minutes of the castles of the country Cathare de Puivert and Montségur and 45 minutes from Carcassonne.
