You will have the opportunity to savor the famous local cuisine, including the renowned Cassoulet de Castelnaudary, and discover a multitude of local producers (seasonal fruits, vegetables, poultry). The lakes of Montagne Noire (Saint-Ferréol, Lampy, Cammazes) are 30 minutes away and offer magnificent places for strolling and swimming. Between Carcassonne and Toulouse, halfway between the Pyrenees and the Montagne Noire.
The Mediterranean beaches are accessible in just 1 hour and 15 minutes.
The region also abounds with historical sites to discover, such as the Benedictine Abbey of Saint-Papoul, the charming towns of Revel and Soréze, the Castles of Lastours, as well as numerous Cathar sites. You also benefit from a shelter for your vehicle.

On a apprécié l'équipement de la cuisine , le confort du salon , les chambres spacieuses avec leur salle de bains et wc , tout le terrain devant le gite pour garer les voitures ou jouer à la pétanque . Une bonne base pour bien profiter de cette belle région .

Gite spacieux et confortable. Mais la proximité d'une RD très passante génère un bruit de fond parfois désagréable et un accès un peu dangereux. C'est dommage car le terrain comme le bâtiment ont belle allure. Le propriétaire pourrait-il intervenir auprès des autorités locales afin de mieux sécuriser l'entrée et la sortie ? Merci.

Gite très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire de cuisine, vraiment bien aménagé avec une salle de bains avec WC par chambre ce qui est vraiment confortable. Situé dans un environnement calme, apaisant, à proximité d’une zone commerciale, de balades.Un très bon séjour.
