Location, central in the department, ideal base for excursions for a wide discovery of the Catalan Country, up to Barcelona, and for the practice of many outdoor sports activities.
Large isolated farmhouse on the heights of the Ribéral, surrounded by scrubland and olive trees, overlooking the entire Roussillon plain, comprising 1 gîte and the owners' residence.
Living room (hi-fi, DVD player) with kitchen opening onto terrace and private unenclosed outdoor space (garden furniture, sun loungers). 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160) (2 single beds), shower room, toilet.
Shared barbecue 30 m away and shared swimming pool 65 m away.
Access to the site by a path for about 400 m.
The site overlooks the valley, with exceptional panoramic views (from the Pyrenees to the Mediterranean)
