Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, nahe am Strand. Allerdings darf hier keiner erwarten, dass ein englischer Rasen vorhanden ist. Es gibt neuere Möbel, ausser Sofa, das erneuert werden könnte. Küche super eingerichtet, alles vorhanden.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem sehr schönen Garten. Geschützt gelegen und trotzdem nur ein Katzensprung zum Strand, der auch supi war.
