Saint Peters is a homely and welcoming cottage ideal for families, business travellers and groups of friends.
Upon entering the cottage, you’ll be welcomed into the living area which includes two leather sofas and a 32-inch Smart TV with Sky Cinema and Sky Entertainment.
The perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Canterbury, you can retreat here and enjoy a cosy night in.
Please note one of the sofas in the lounge is a sofa bed which brings the total occupancy to 5 guests. Continue past the staircase and you’ll reach the dining area which includes a wooden dining table and six matching chairs.
There is a quiet and brightly lit reading corner where you can get lost in a good book during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen is located at the rear of the cottage.
Traditional in style, it features wooden cabinets and monochrome tiles.
You’ll be able to prepare home cooked meals easily as the kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and fridge.
There is also a washing machine perfect for longer stays! There is a shower room located on the ground floor with a WC and walk-in shower. Take the stairs up to the first floor and you’ll find two bedrooms.
The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
Ideal for children and teenagers, the second bedroom has twin single beds.
Both bedrooms benefit from plush bedding and premium bed linens so you can have a blissful night's sleep. Outside you’ll find an enclosed garden with a patio and gravelled area.
You can soak up the sun and enjoy your meals alfresco style at one of the two outdoor seating areas. We’re always available for our guests, so do not hesitate to get in touch. You’ll find restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance from Saint Peters, so you’ll be ideally placed to enjoy a staycation in Canterbury. Canterbury West rail station is a 10-minute walk from the property where there are regular journeys to Margate, Ramsgate, London St Pancras and London Charing Cross.
Plus, the journey into London is under 1 hour with Southeastern trains which is handy! If you’re travelling by coach, the National Express coach stop is approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the property. The nearby towns of Ashford, Broadstairs, Dover and Margate can be reached via car under 45 minutes so Kent can be explored easily.
If you fancy heading to the seaside, the beautiful town of Whitstable is a short 20-minute drive away. If you intend to explore by bus, the nearest bus stop is within walking distance and serves the University of Kent, Whitstable, Herne Bay and Margate.
