The master ground floor bedroom features a comfortable king size bed with plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure you have a great night’s sleep. The closest train station to Wragby can be found in Fitzwilliam. From here, you’ll have direct access to Wakefield, Leeds, Doncaster and Sheffield, with connecting routes to locations all across the UK.

A couple of bus routes stop in Wragby. Hop on the 28 for direct access to Pontefract and Barnsley or board the 485 for a route into Wakefield.

Here you can visit Treasure House which showcases a world-class collection of interiors, a rare 18th century dolls' house, an exquisite painting, one of the first longcase clocks made and the intricately decorated Hongs punch bowl. You can also discover edible delights in the kitchen garden, relax in the rose garden, and walk through the gothic archway into the enchanting menagerie garden. The woodland adventure play area includes a 30-metre zip wire. Located in the heart of West Yorkshire, the historic market town of Pontefract can be found a short distance away from Wragby. The town is home to the picturesque ruins of one of England’s most important castles, as well as a brace of beautiful parks, some outstanding examples of Georgian architecture, and a whole host of independent boutiques and coffee shops. In the city of Wakefield, you’ll be wowed at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park and The Hepworth as you discover magnificent works of art, and use their settings as space for personal reflection.
