A peaceful cottage with wonderful gardens, situated in the countryside near Coin (3 kms) and 25 minutes drive from Malaga. Ideal for travellers who want to combine a rural stay in Andalusia with a visit to the beautiful cities of this community.








Situation and exterior




The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with private pool (8m x 4m and 1m - 2m deep) with artificial grass, a strip of real grass, trees and shrubs, offering good privacy and total tranquillity. From the porch there are good views over the surrounding countryside. The village of Coín, renowned as the centre for growing all types of fruit, is a 5-10 minute drive away and has all amenities: bars, restaurants and supermarkets.









Interior and layout



The house has all the rooms on the same floor and consists of a living/dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It is decorated with simple furniture. The living/dining room has a sofa, armchairs, fireplace and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. The bedrooms offer space for 4 people: the master bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom is complete with bath/shower, bidet, WC and washbasin.
