A 10-minute drive from Puylaurens and St Paul Cap de Jeux for shops and services, and only a 20-minute drive from Lavaur and Revel, known for its Saturday market and Lake St Ferreol for water sports, mountain hiking, picnics, and lively restaurants.
Gîte for 4 people (up to 6 with additional sleeping in one bedroom), adjoining the owners' residence (at the rear), with no overlooking neighbours, a garden, and a private swimming pool (9.5x4.5m, depth 1m to 1.6m). Lovely views of the green hills, the Black Mountain, and the Pyrenees.
The old house has been completely renovated.
Access to the garden and pool is via a small path on the side of the gîte. Gas barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, pétanque court at the bottom of the garden. On the ground floor, you will find the living room with two large comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a television (with access to British channels). A "snug" is located next to the living room, a small room for reading or simply enjoying the view from the window onto the hamlet's square.
Two very comfortable chairs and chinoiserie furniture passed down from my grandparents. In the dining room, there is a large table and 6 chairs in front of the large decorative fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an 80cm gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and a complete set of cookware. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, the shower room, and the separate toilet. The bedrooms are equipped with new bedding and 100% cotton duvet covers/sheets for your comfort.
Each has a wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers, and a chair.
Fans are available. The shower room is equipped with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 1: large bed of 180x200 cm with a medium-soft mattress + sofa bed of 80x190 cm. Bedroom 2: 2 beds of 90x200 cm + sofa bed of 140x190 cm. Gîte En Cocagne is located in Magrin, 40 minutes east of Toulouse, in the peaceful countryside of the Tarn region, known here as Pays de Cocagne.

Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en Cocagne, le soleil, la chaleur étaient au rendez-vous ! La terrasse avec la belle vue, le hamac pour les siestes et la piscine pour se rafraîchir. Tout était top. Mille mercis ! A bientôt ! La famille V
