Gîte for 6 people, with a large private swimming pool. Located in the heart of the Pays de Cocagne, perched on the Ambra hills with a small wood to the rear, the gîte is ideally situated 30 minutes from Toulouse or Albi, and 5 minutes from Lavaur. The owners live nearby.
Ground floor: living room with kitchen area, two bedrooms (one with a 140x190cm double bed, the other with two 90x190cm single beds), shower room with wc. Upstairs: a children's bedroom (two single beds 90x190cm).Private swimming pool 9x4.5m, depth 0.9 to 1.5m
