The bucolic scenery that unfolds before you invites daydreaming; it is a haven of peace and tranquility.
Ambres is a viewpoint, a true balcony of the Vaurais region, offering an exceptional view of the Agout valley.
Fields of wheat and sunflowers stretch infinitely, from one hill to another. Gîte for 6 people, with a large private swimming pool.
It is adjoining the gîte l'Hermitage, which does not have access to the pool.
In the heart of the Pays de Cocagne, perched on the hills of Ambres with a very pleasant and quiet small wood at the rear, the gîte is ideally located 30 minutes from Toulouse or Albi, and 5 minutes from Lavaur.
The owners live nearby. Ground floor: - Living room with a kitchenette, - Two bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x190cm, the other with two single beds 90x190cm), - Shower room with toilet. Upstairs: - One bedroom more suited for children (two single beds 90x190cm). Electric heating.
Swing set.
No WiFi, but 4G reception is good.

Lieu agréable, on peut contempler les étoiles tous les soirs. Quelques soucis avec le compteur électrique qui saute régulièrement lorsque on utilise plusieurs appareils en même temps.La piscine était nettoyée tous les jours!Maison très propre à l'arrivée et bien équipée.

Gisèle et Denis sont des personnes charmantes et accueillantes, cela a été une belle rencontre.Le gîte est très bien situé avec une belle vue dégagée, très bien aménagé et la piscine est vraiment un plus, surtout avec des jeunes/enfants.

Un gite au milieu de champs de tournesols, sans aucun vis à vis, idéal pour se ressourcer.La piscine est parfaite: bien exposée au soleil, de dimension très correcte pour une famille de 5 personnes. Chose très importante pour les familles avec des enfants en bas âge ( c'était notre cas), la piscine est sécurisée par un enclos et un portail à fermeture spécifique.
