Just 5 km from Castelnaudary, the capital of cassoulet and a must-visit stop on the Canal du Midi, this independent cottage welcomes you for a stay combining nature, sports, and gastronomy.
The town, livened up by its port and numerous locks, is an invitation to stroll.
The Cugarel mill offers an exceptional panorama over the Lauragais plain.
Between waterside walks, local heritage, and culinary traditions, your stay will be rich in discoveries. On one level and fully independent, the cottage is nestled within a vast estate with a 3,000 m² shaded garden.
You can relax in the outdoor jacuzzi or enjoy the many leisure facilities: a heated swimming pool (semi-inground, 4.50 x 6.50 m, depth 1.30m, open from April to October, secured by a barrier), an equipped gym (treadmill, elliptical bike, rower, weight bench), and the possibility of fitness classes (Pilates, step, dance, barre au sol, upon request).
For convivial moments, a billiards room, a pétanque court, a trampoline, a basketball hoop, a volleyball net, a football goal, a ping-pong table, archery equipment, and bicycles are available.
A jogging and walking trail completes this ideal environment for outdoor enthusiasts. The cottage offers: - An equipped living room-kitchen with a wood-burning stove (wood provided). - One bedroom with a 160 cm bed. - One bedroom with two 90 cm beds (possibility of a 3rd 90 cm bed for an additional charge, please contact us). - A shower room with an Italian shower and a toilet. For your outdoor meals, you will have garden furniture and a barbecue.
CATS NOT ALLOWED. A haven of relaxation in the heart of Lauragais, between the Canal du Midi and Occitan conviviality. Electricity consumption: a flat rate of 2 kWh/day/person is included in the price.
Beyond this, consumption will be payable at the end of your stay to the owner (based on a meter reading upon arrival and departure).

D être seul (en couple avec 2 chiens) au calme à notre rythme sans jamais s ennuyer tellement qu il y a d activités sur place(balade des milles chênes de Roger, jacuzzi, piscine et tant d autres) , et de pouvoir aller faire des visites droit au but sur les conseils de Maurice qui a su répondre à nos envies.

Que dire de plus !! Gîte élégamment décoré et bien entretenu. Parc arboré, plein de charme, végétation luxuriante où écureuils et oiseaux divers viennent enrichir le décor. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire particulièrement attentif au bien-être de ses locataires. Tout est réuni pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Merci Maurice et Nelly

séjour prévu pour se reposer : objectif atteint à 100% ... accueil chaleureux, conseils avisés et toujours vérifié, gite très confortable en constante amélioration ... le spa ... que du bonheurune semaine un peu au dessus du budget que j'avais prévu à l'origine, mais je ne regrette rienMerci Maurice
