Located in a quiet residential area of Carcassonne, the gîte Les Oliviers welcomes you for a family holiday or a remote work stay, in immediate proximity to the emblematic sites of the Aude region.
Less than 4 km away, the famous medieval Cité will immerse you in Cathar history, while the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, offers beautiful walks on foot or by bike.
The book village of Montolieu and the Paper Mill of Brousse-et-Villaret are cultural getaways easily accessible from the gîte.
In the summer, the Carcassonne Festival livens up the city with free shows and a festive atmosphere. This single-story semi-detached house is designed to offer you comfort and practicality.
The living area consists of a lounge with a TV area, a dining room, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and filter coffee maker.
The bathroom and shower room are both located on the ground floor, as is the separate toilet. The bedrooms Bedroom 1: 1 standard double bed (140x190), area 10 m² Bedroom 2: 1 standard double bed (140x190), area 10 m² Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90x190), area 10 m² Outside, you can enjoy a fenced and private garden, ideal for children.
The shaded terrace is equipped with garden furniture, perfect for outdoor dining.
The private heated swimming pool measures approximately 6 x 3 m with a depth of 1.50 m.
It is secured by an alarm.
For your leisure, bicycles, table tennis, and a playground are available.
Parking is provided on the property thanks to private, indoor parking. Charges are included, and the gîte also has a washing machine.
The urban environment allows you to easily reach the shops and entertainment of the city while being 500 m from a natural open space conducive to walks. Très bon séjour passé dans ce gîte. Qualité d'accueil remarquable.Environnement très calme.Les vélos à disposition pour toute la famille, petits et grands, le ping-pong et le baby foot installés sont réellement un plus pour cette location, sans oublier la piscine chauffée à 30°....

Secteur calme à proximité de Carcassonne et de tous commerces (7 mn en voiture) Location où rien ne manque, l'espace extérieur est vaste et agréable à vivre. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants, toujours de bons conseils, on a passé de super vacances en famille!

Gîte fonctionnel au calme avec piscine chauffée, un peu retiré du centre ville. Proche de l'aéroport mais pas gênant. Propriétaire agréable et très conviviale. Seuls bémols : il manque les moustiquaires et la climatisation aurait été la bienvenue. Merci pour ce séjour maison à recommander.
