The gîte is completely independent, opening onto a large landscaped garden, opposite the owners' house, but each with its own privacy. There is a lovely shared swimming pool (10 x 6 m / 1.30 to 1.90 m deep). The gîte opens onto a well-equipped living room/kitchen, a shower room with WC and a bedroom with a double bed (140cm). Private terrace at the front of the gîte with garden furniture and electric barbecue available. Enclosed parking on the property. 2 mountain bikes available. The village of Pennautier has all the shops you need, a fitness trail and hiking trails 5 km away.

Ideally situated for visiting the Aude and Cathar country, this pretty single-storey gîte is 5 km from the famous Cité de Carcassonne

Electricity consumption: a fixed charge of 2 kWh/day/person is included in the price. Beyond that, consumption must be paid to the owner at the end of the stay (according to a meter reading on arrival and departure).
